You can't speak for the whole market even though you presume to do so! They may not be here in one area, but you don't know they are not there in other areas.

There is not guarantee of this. Based on this logic if we wait a few thousand years then we will get a real good opportunity. How many will have waited for years and in the end will be lucky enough to only buy at the same price they could have bought at when they first started waiting?
