Agree with that and have formed the view that we, the minority holders, did not
have much say it the process, and that a major partner was needed to finalise a
clean deal.
So, in spite of being so-called 'left out' we will win as holders in the long run.
By all means, state your reservations, and it might have some effect at board level
but lets support what's happening, buy some more, and get back on the minority
fence.
Or get out and quit moaning!!
