companies always approach these investors to get a cp done and always the same cry
they knew something
bullshit
oftentimes when approached it is at the same sp available to all retail investors at the time
price can rise or fall when a commitment is made with cash or promise of cash
if the sp goes up domestic share holders winge but if it falls not a word
i think the company could have been more transparent if back then u were offered 5 million shares @2.5 c would u have taken them
i agree that shareholders should be given equal opportunities
but companies do not have the opportunities of consulting share holders first and too complex hence they go for the professionals first
i have been given opportunities several times and did not have the cash to purchase 2million plus
had some winners and loosers
but am willing to back this as a winner as an ordinary shareholder and get in at current sp to double my exposure
