i agree osh never moved in conjunction with the oil price and should therefore not fall with it.
could be anything - wpl said they are on the acquisition path - would be nice if they admitted they made a mistake offloading their previous position and took it over.
other than that someone else might want a strategic position or there could be brighter news on the pipeline or other gas developments.
