RE: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION FROM QUOTATION

Further to the Company’s request for a trading halt dated 12 August 2009 the Company now requests that its securities be voluntarily suspended from quotation until 17 August 2009.
The reason for such request is as set out in the request for trading halt dated 12 August 2009.
The Company expects the suspension to last until 17 August 2009 on which date it will make an announcement regarding the purchase of a significant asset and the issue and allotment of shares pursuant to a rights issue relating thereto and will then request that such suspension end.
The Company is not aware of any reason why its shares should not be suspended, which suspension is being sought to prevent market trading in the shares of the Company in an uninformed market pending the making of the announcement.
