Shed yeah!! I hope we can take this as them knowing they couldn't pursue the material adverse clause as the asset's value has not dropped by more than $25m on the updated information. That is certainly backed up by SRK and KPMG's independant valuation stance.

Plus, perhaps, they weren't prepared to repay the loans in full at time of purchase.

Let's hope they don't come back. I think I read they mave have to wait 4 months before approaching again? That's plenty of time for steady state production and some great news from DML. Let's hope the SP recovers aggressively in response.
