At the pub so don't have the figures in front of me; but the Derm results in that period were made up so the share price didn't drop below finance covenants.
Mr Richards and co probably lucky not to face criminal charges. But retrospectively we were lucky as wouldn't have been able to sell MCS.
Results were restated - and Derm performance showed reality.... Not great, like the rest of the segments.
