sad to read but unfortunately we put to much faith in what we are told by management and they francy presentations, in others words part of western culture is the spin,everyone is selling whelter its business, local government or federal politics.And we accept it, at aspen why isn't the board and or the
auidtors worried.
Just look at the mid-year report.
the claim is today why did you not read the fine print?
because the fine print is very well disguised or hidden.
Me personally i bought into aspen because of the high dividend yeild, and everything looked ok.But due during the year the distribution advice notices came though with interest as the major source of income, volla i bought into a reit and got a bank, despite the rosy picture started to sell down my holdings.
Question what to do today, do not know on one hand management is still there strange showing no remorse on the other hand gary allen there incresing its holdings.
To sell, buy or hold its a value decision, i am to hold.
would not buy in, do not trust the auditors on this one!!!
