Sounds a lot like victim blaming. Bold to assume everyone could claim their entitlement & have just decided not to.
Bolder to assume current shareholders have the means to buy on market to keep the share price up.
Besides, I thought it was managements responsibility to look after share price?
Oh wait, according to Bruce "it'll look after itself".
Not to mention VRX has still not responded to the EPA to progress Stage 4.
