The thing is, that officer would be looking after more than just $VRX's assessment.
So if **any** of the cases he has to review get FOI'ed, he would need to pause and deal with them.
Of course, if Cinnabon and his band of antagonistic consultants hasn't replied to the lastest request for information, then it will have zero impact.
And even if they have, the EPA have a stated timeframe in which they must process the submission, and they don't want Ministers calling their boss if those time gates aren't met, so they tend to make sure it is hussled off thier desk on time
(I've been inside the WA Public Service, and I can vouch for the fact that no senior PS wants ministerial attention - and they do everything they can to stay under the radar)
Carna's past FOI's have revealed plenty that Cinnabon elected not to share with holders. I'm more than happy for him to have another fishing expedition ahead of the next AGM.
