Yep, I agree with you Arion in regards to perhaps management knowing something and that's why they have been reluctant to raise.
Tell me if I am wrong but in the last Crux interview Bruce said he had been given a verbal ok on one of the stages of the EPA however written confirmation was received months later. I have wondered if the same scenario has happened again and that's why management has been reluctant as the decision is known just not positively confirmed by paper as yet. As stated though, it becomes a risk that in waiting too long that the above scenario does play out.
