Norgard has a very colourful Board background .. not all positive unfortunately. I suggest you google him and take a look. The shareholders of Xanadu, Yates and QPSX probably aren't sending him Christmas cards.
He can hardly be held accountable for the fall in iron ore demand however, but his next moves will be his most important ones.
