Im surprised we are seeing a jump up for FIRB approval. Didnt think this was an issue given the way FIRB has ruled on other deals. Would have been a nice trade. We also havent seen any of the large shareholders come out and voice their oppositon to the deal which must mean they are looking favourably on it.
