Isn't it a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy? That is, if JW1 hits big, everyone will take up, and therefore the available shares will be minimal per shareholder, as more holders will take a slice of the pie. So, maybe a couple $Ks worth each...
But, if it doesn't come up with the goods, then no one will take up, therefore you can have as many as you want up to the 15K, because no one else will be asking for a slice.
Whoever said earlier that the CR news was neutral to perhaps slightly positive had it right.
