It would interesting to know if the OEX Management had a Risk Management Plan covering the CAMBAY-76H well operation and, if so, what were the retrieval strategies for the loss of down hole equipment. As time is money, the cost of a having a recovery rig on standby and/or identified for an expeditious movement to site would seem to be a fundamental part of any Plan. Today's Report (No 14) suggests to me that the OEX management skill set is not complete. Back to waiting!!
