I think I have seen this poster over on that TON thread a few times espousing how good that stock has been for the last few years.

WOW got that one right didn't we.

And now we are to get the benefit of his wisdom over here. There is credibility still remaining? Perhaps you are intending to tag team with TJ?

But if you are to, as you say - "cover each of the above risks and many more (above are just a few which struck me) in far more detail" try and keep it all within one foolscap page please. Perhaps you could also describe how the demise of a player might actually decrease risk on those players that are left.

The market is where some only see risks and some only see opportunities. Most of us I suggest try to balance these two off. Personally I think the opportunity that Syrah represents outweighs the risks. Many stocks can offend even supposedly good ones eg Woolworths and BHP. Syrah may even do that one day too.
