I'm not sure of the answer eieio, but I did note on one of the press releases ...

extensive evaluation of global risk management software vendors. IT&e’s professional
services team were engaged by HSBC to successfully implement Razor within an aggressive
six month implementation schedule.

It may very well have been Razor that brought the problem to light ...
