btw-- it&e (ITE) will re-rate UP- imo before the 26th--and probably in two(2) sepearte upward 'legs' & stages before then and today...
And that again... will...imo--- only be the first (1st)-- of a set of regular series (of upward re rates)-- over the next 2 months-- in a sequence of furher rises...(ie: --imo-- will not imo be just a: "short lived spike style situaion"--but rather a secular market mopre solid & permanent market re appraisal for it&e (ITE)....
Remember.... that is my ....frank assessment--and not advice...
