Cato i think if you are just doing a trade, i would say you have holding period risk - that is are you willing to hold longer than your usual time frame? months? maybe a year? or do you plan to sell after a certain period of time or certain price decline? just food for thought (my hunch is that novartis deal will be confirmed in the next few weeks but no certainties in this space).
