I would use a parallel of a bank or a financing company giving a mortgage or a car loan or a business loan. In our case, it is like a business loan with charge over the Floating Assets of the company, like cash balance, accounts receivables inventories etc. Basically a floating lien on the assets equivalent to 50% of the amount owing. I am not sure if they are able to touch the IP or the technological designs, but those can be sold at a competitive bid I guess.
I think the key to calm the farm is to show a consistent positive Operating Cash Flow to show that we can reasonably pay down any debt.
Current sell down is also most uncomfortable to me as I am heavily invested in this hope and something that will make the world a better place thingy. I still believe it is more likely a liquidating fund situation, or a distress sale that is hammering the share price this low. Imagine we are now less than US$25M market cap?
