I think it's capped at 10.0 Million isn't it? Resolution 3 to be put forward at the AGM? Has director support so will go through without DB and NO votes. I think it certainly positions them well for an MBO but there is also a huge upside just from an increase in SP. The constant selling down is a concern as the issuing price will be very low. I have accepted I don't know WTF is happening but there seems to be an incentive for this to happen at lower prices. I am almost guaranteed that my average will not be recovered which ever way they go.
