    IMO the likely candidate is Ospraie which seems to dumping in a number of nickel stocks (ie. MCR, PAN, IGO, ALB) to name but a few. What's happening is not indicative of the nickel market but the usual problem of the USA living beyond there means, making monumental stuff ups and every one but them has to suffer.
