    That's a given.

    They have already stated they would look to delist if between 75% and 90%

    But will they "guarantee" compulsorily acquiring the remaining shares at 95c if over 90%?????

    They haven't yet.

    Between 75 and 90% you're very likely to be a minority shareholder in a delisted company

    Above 90% if you're still holding I have no idea what options you will have or what the landscape may look like.
