Putin wanted to destroy Ukraine and has failed or he wanted to destroy the Russian military and has succeeded.

His army/navy has lost 20% of the total casualties of the US in Vietnam. Are you suggesting they aren't serious? You have a serious problem.

This cruiser has lost over 400 sailors and marines. What will it take to get Putin's attention if, as you say, he isn't serious now?
