Based on what he decided to do .....going into Ukraine, Putin is more "dangerous' IMO. Biden has avoided no fly zone , sending planes ...because of nuke risk . Putin has threatened nukes in contrast . He's also backed into a difficult spot .
These nules are just so massively powerful and the radiation spreads over the whole planet - we really really don't need a nuclear confrontation cause no-one can win .
