Id rate it a 50/50 chance. Because lets face it we don't know whats going on!
I know that they had to get environmental impact studies done on the chatree north area to make sure their is enough water for their farmers to plant crops etc. This may be what it boils down to.
One thing that is positive in KCN's favour is that they have a good history in thailand of running a good and safe business. So I would say there is a 100% chance of approval, but only if the environmental impact of the area can be sustained.
I don't hold but have it on my radar.
Id rate it a 50/50 chance. Because lets face it we don't know...
