It is disappointing that you relegate Awoonga's opinions to the status of him "not knowing".

The reality remains - as it has for as long as I have been here - that you simply have a different opinion. That's fine. But your opinion carries no more weight than his - especially in light of share price performance & dilution over the last half decade. That's right - five years. As Johnny & June Cash once sand "Time's A Wastin"

You have a very very good grip of the facts of AVB - you have researched thoroughly, and no-one could ever accuse you of investing blindly. I certainly won't.

However it would be better for you not to slag people off - even fellow share holders - simply because they don't agree with you.

Maybe 2015 will be different.
