Timelines must have slipped due to the non arrival of the finance . At what point does the company have to report the fact they won't be meeting their previously announced schedule ?
Yes it could come any day - however it appears more and more likely there is a problem . Anyone remember the TN fiasco ? No explanation and then iron ore suddenly no longer part of the company strategy ???
