Spoke with Scott
My questions were related predominantly to finance
His answers were as expected
AVB have completed their documentation and now await a number of positive options
Highly likely to be "any day now" without promising a day as its out of their control
100% confident of an outcome, just not a date
Not the reason I am buying today, but more so the reason I am not waiting to buy more
