I don’t there is much of a decision, contracting revenue typically goes hand in hand with a reduction of the bottom line, hence the declining dividends.

The yield trap is easy to get caught up in, but you need to look at the fundamentals and DWS has lost good contracts in the past few years, and the results have been further effected by the OS issues (which do seem to be behind them).

I had played the dips on this one in the past, but the down trend doesn’t appear to be subsiding anytime soon. Sit on the sidelines and wait for the next wave based on improved results.
