Further to the above point, zero debt, cash of $16million, market cap of $125million.
Cash is nearly 10% of market cap.
This is important, as many companies boast of cash, and yet have debt.
Share buy back is only done at logical prices, LCM has been quite intelligent on doing this, its not a massive front loaded buy back, just a gradual one that takes out unreasonably low sell orders.
Other point to note is that government/defence still their second largest source of income.
With the government doing it tough, don't expect this area to turn around any time soon (unlike the howard years when government budgets were in good condition, lots of money to spend on IT).
Overall, a well run company in my opinion, sometimes its just the autumn season. But at least not paying summer share prices.
