debdeb - Was there a change in CEO in Feb?

I've been watching this company for a while, it seems like their strategies (the latest being design, build, run) never translate into growth. Market conditions seems to have become a default explanation on their presentations and reports over a number of years.

Just looking at the recent investor presentations by DWS and SMX their strategies seem similar. SMX plan is called design, build, operate (DWS: design, build, run) and both recent investor presentations include strategic direction toward annuity income streams. seems to be little differentiation between what the two are selling although SMX has a bit more substance behind their description of annuity income
