Great article, and it is quite positive IMO that the PM is showcasing Lynas as an example of the Malay govt listening to the people and going the extra mile to ensure that it was safe. I have read a few articles and blogs where the PM is thought of as cautious and deliberative in making decisions and it was surely applied in Lynas' situation and resulted in the govt issuing the TOL.
Now hopefully on Oct 10 the Malay courts will agree that the agonizing steps taken to reach this result were correct ... and let Lynas proceed.
