I share your sentiments.
Whilst most holders are frustrated with the confirmation delay, in my view such large company changing contracts (ie 9 June announcement) take time to consumate.
If BQT were to land another major deal (eg US TWIC roll-out), my view is the share price will head north of $1.00. Believers could be wrong, however, I quite like the odds of a major re-rating occurring within the next 6 months, subject of course to "the deal" being confirmed and perhaps another of equivalent financial magnitude and strategic importance to the company.
