Thanks NK I agree further dilution has to come if SDL not poached before production. However, not sure if you're take on sovereignty risk is as accurate and sinister as you portray though.
Looking at every major mining house including RIO & BHP and other Aussie coy's like AVM who already run massively successive mining operations on the Dark Continent. Interesting fact for you is that various African nations are considered less risky and costly to get to production than Aust. This fact that hasn't been missed by China specifically and the mining houses themselves as they diverify their production.
For me the most simple and important theme I like about African mining is that every side of politics sees it as essential to bringing them out of their cycle of poverty.
