They just need a big find which is what they're after.
I like Mabel Creek and our neighbours and our part take-over clauses insterted our Constitution. I also like the ethicality (is that a word?) of our Board. I believe they will 'do the right thing' - something my late Mother espoused.
Just the language is comforting.
