I can't remember when and with how much Trafigura came to the "rescue" but surely their parcel (& I do understand its quite large) could be sold without the whole Company being dragged in. SXEW production is not that far off, surely. 60,000 tons/yr would have to count for something!! I hope the deal falls over but I can't see a real reason for it happening. Surely this Gecamines review could not be foreseen. Who does it disadvantage? Who gets the wiggle room? How can MMR better their already good deal to, obviously, our disadvantage. What might be written into the contract to pre-empt/counteract this.
