Yes, DB I too have wondered about that. Given that the last 2 cash raisings were built on a rise in share price and subsequently showed a loss, perhaps the only way to entice the recipients into another is at a bargain basement price (and perhaps sooner rather than later). Given the strength in Cairn their has to be a reason that the share price hasn't moved (yeah, yeah my be another reason for Cairn's rise but...)
