Just about everyone agrees that there is a strong likelihood that the POL will issue. Everyone also agrees that when it issues, there is likely to be a fairly large upswing in the SP. If you were shorting the stock, a month ago, you were accepting the risk that an announcement could be made at any time by the Maylasian authorities (which is likely to be during trading hours). If you are shorting now the risk has increased exponentially. Every day, the risk increases. Likewise with selling, with a view to buying in at a better price.
