Splitting hairs , can you point to me to some cases where the DRC have complied with "any" international court or arbitration rulings ? We know they haven't complied with ICC in the AVZ and Digoil cases we know they haven't complied with US Columbia ruling why would they comply with ISCID ? - They could get a ruling in the Hague and I doubt they would comply.
Obviously that is my opinion one of us will be right and one will be wrong if all these court cases run the distance without a mutually agreed settlement being finalised prior .
