what happens then to the 2 billion USD in funding from other signatories of the ICSID?

do they continue to help another nation that has turned their back on the rules everyone had agreed to play by or do they withdraw funding? I don’t know the answer just curious as to people’s thoughts. If I were a signatory of something that held all other parties commitment to the rules I know what would d be doing.
