    Wrong!!! Digoil won a ICC verdict not a ICSID verdict. AVZ have taken the DRC to ICSID after the Mining Code. The ICSID is anchored in the mining code. The DRC is a signed member to the ICSID. The problem of the ICC is the enforcement, the ICSID is much more powerful.
