    Turning the ship?
    I think it is a little late.. I am fairly sure I heard the sound of an iceberg tearing through it...

    AGL has assets, and it has customers. The terrible customer service, poor ISP servicedesk experiences and generally poor media - destroys any hope AGL of making a return this year.

    God, the reviews are horrible! AGL is desperate, and it shows.
