"With a declining dark spread moving below 20 dollars per megawatt hour, as show in black on the chart, the profitability of much of New South Wales’ coal generation will come under pressure."
Chinas coal plants have been built due to 2010 policy... its an infrastructure before demand process that flies in the face of their carbon neutral intentions... but it was just to show how low their utilisation rates are due to oversupply.... not because of kerosene lamps.
