As kevin's followed through with his "threat" to block me this time LOL, anyone want to ask Mr "I have done much research" why he's either disingenuously using a NWT example or simply can't find the PMET road details with his "much research" when this information from down the road would seem more relevant?
PMET's 20km winter road: evaluation for road began Spring 2022 with Niigaan, permitting via Niigaan followed with road noted as nearly finished 5 January 2023.
PMET's 20km all-weather road: surveying by Niigaan ran concurrently with winter road, permitting process was underway with Niigaan in November 2022, permitting expected to be complete June 2023, with construction planned to begin soon after. PMET confirmed in June 2023 permitting was complete, and in July 2023 said work on upgrading the winter road to all weather was underway.
Wr1 uses the same consultants (Niigaan) in the same area (Eeyou Istchee James Bay Regional Government) so do you think WR1 is looking at similar timeframes, or will it be minimum 5 years?
