what a disaster this has been ..was definitely blindsided by the second cap raise ..
what annoys me is that it's individual shareholders who have to carry the can for all the indiscretions and fines that are beyond their control .. The fines should be given to the executive, if they can't pay they should serve time.. as these failings are criminal, right?
and what of the failing of the government regulators who let the situation drift of hand in the first place .. any fines for them ? or even any consequences for them ? Mmm looks like they get a pass .. of course
Well it has to be a large take over target now surely .. one of the US private equity firms has the ruler on it I'm sure .. would be disappointing to see another ASX listed staple disappear..
