Too much 'over analysis' in my opinion.
Second cap rate means there are no more financing or debt risk.
Massive share dilution from all the capital raises, is now reflected in the share price.
Earnings after FY24 will start trending up (FY24 finishes in just 7 months) and the market looks ahead.
Those sweating on share loss positions and can't handle the loosing pressure have sold.
Buying support now outweighing selling pressure.
I took a second position on Friday.
Average cost for both positions $0.51
