Risks with SVL?

just bought into SVL with the idea that silver prices will be increasing soon. I do not understand why people are selling stock at $0.001. How can i possibly lose money buying at that price? if the price increases i make 100% profit and the only other direction is if the company goes bankrupt. isnt it? and if that does happen does my stock become worthless or would it all be sold at a certain price such as $0.001 which would still mean i make back all my money. I am a pretty new investor and i am failing to see the risks of this investment.
