Thanks for the posts guys. Is finance really that much of a risk however? I realise credit isn't as available as some years ago, however if a project can prove a decent NPV, and minimal risk, surely credit shouldn't be too much of a problem. Only think that might change would be the interest rate?
Perhaps just my naive view of looking at it!
