The article certainly came out of nowhere and perfectly suits the agenda of some bitter old twisted characters we know. Going off previous ASIC ‘raids’ or investigations of ASX companies they usually formally confirm within a day or two of occurrence. For it not to mentioned anywhere else after 2 and a half weeks besides one media outlet (who can’t provide any details of what has sparked the investigation) is somewhat suspicious. I highly doubt it was anything such as a ‘raid’ but perhaps FP contacted by ASIC to provide information on claims against him and/or the company which doesn’t seem to have escalated past this.
